Ownership

PeopleIQ — its software, interfaces, prompts, models of the business, reports and accumulated data — is owned by The Tolan Group. Candidate, client and market records processed here remain the property of The Tolan Group and its clients. Third-party components and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

This application uses licensed third-party services, including Anthropic's Claude models. The Tolan Group claims no ownership in those services, their models, or their underlying technology; they are used under licence and remain the property of their providers. Their marks are named for identification only.
